We bought our house in 2020. Anders is very professional and knowlegable. We took our time to make our decision and we never felt rushed. Anders is very responsive he answered all our questions. He and his family are a great team. We met in sept 2019 and since then We have received very valuable information of the market, landscaping, maintenance etc...our home was built by Ventura Homes and as Anders had his own experience building his home his input was always very valuable. I highly recommend him.

I recently used Soren as my Realtor for my first home purchase and cannot say enough good things about my entire experience dealing with him. Upon our first conversation about houses, I explained that I was picky about what I was looking for in a home and even pickier about what area I wanted to be in. He understood my needs, my budget limitations and assured me that what I was looking was out there. He was persistent with sending me listings which met my needs and kept me informed about the state of the current market and the challenges that buyers are facing. There were several showings that we went to that met my criteria, but I told him that I was going to wait until the right one for me came up. Soren was extremely patient with me and understood that this was a big decision for me. When the time came to make an offer, he was constantly in contact with me the night offers were due and updated me on the negotiations. Just minutes before the offers deadline, he advised me to lower my bid, which I did. This advice was critical as I ended up having the winning bid on the home and was thrilled to get the house of my dreams for less than what I had planned to pay. And it was all thanks to Soren. I would definitely recommend using Soren to anyone looking for a Realtor. He is knowledgeable, reliable and has his clients best interests in mind.
