THE BEST OF THE BEST!! As first time home buyers there is A LOT you dont know and are unsure of! Zappia realty has ALL the answers and more!! Mauro and Frank assured us from day one and we couldnt have dreamt of a better experience! Mauro is AMAZING. This mans knowledge of the market and home upkeep etc was incredible! He would be very honest and we respect him and appreciate him for that. Often at an open house I would see agents overlook things and just try to make a sale MAURO IS NOT THAT! He is honest and will say straight out I dont want you in the house its not the right one or its not safe! HE REALLY CARES!! Hes the BEST!! He really wanted us to be safe and secure and happy in our home! He went the extra mile he went ABOVE AND BEYOND and we are forever grateful! We would send him a house and boom! Lets go take a look, he really listened to what we wanted and helped us make that dream a reality! The sale process itself was seamless and they made it so easy for us! Mauro keeps an eagle eye out for house flaws we would have missed, and he's great company while doing it! Exceptional human award: We were thinking of buying an overpriced dud-house. Mauro could have made a higher commission with less work by going along with it, but he instead showed us all the serious problems with it and helped us find a way better house of a similar style! Eternally thankful!
