Dan did our house inspection and we were so impressed. He took 3 and a half hours to go through our prospective home and went through with a fine tooth comb. He took the time to let us know what he was seeing and was happy to answer questions and educate us. The report not only showed us what needed work but also included diagrams to help us see what it should look like if we got it fixed. The report is 76 pages of gold. We can make a decent 10 year plan for what will need updating. Thanks Dan!! Can't recommend him enough. **Update 3 years later** I still stand by my initial review. I sold the home and used the original house inspection report provided by Dan to make a no-conditions sale.
