Found Andrea to be pleasant and informative with my recent sale. From the start she knew the realistic final sale price in an area without many recent sales. Being 15 min from the city she managed to ensure a fair number of buyers viewed the property and the right buyer was found in a relatively short order. Loved the professional video and home shots she promoted the bone with. Would recommend for anyone needing an agent who goes that extra effort. Andrea Mick made it very clear to us that her underlying maxim was to be ethical in everything that she did. She lived up to that standard from start to finish and sold our house in 3 weeks. She was very quick to respond to all our queries and concerns, and we were never left feeling that our issues were not important. She obviously has many years of experience that was very helpful in deciding how best to market our home. Her advice on upgrades and staging were implemented for maximum impact and really showcased our property in a favourable light. Constant communication is so important in a major life event like this, and she is an expert at keeping those lines always open. Definitely a Five Star experience.
