We came in to view a property without a realtor and met Charmaine Fajardo of Andrea Tiopo Group there to show us around. She was very friendly, informative and was not at all pushy. In fact, she was happy to answer all the questions we had, and even went an extra mile in explaining some of the terminologies that we, as first time homebuyers, did not understand/was not aware of. She was genuine, not like any other realtor who is just after a sale. She was very honest about the property from the get go, which we appreciated so much, which brought us to the decision to ask her & her team to help us out with the purchase. She checked in on us on the regular about the process and was even kind enough to offer help finding us a lawyer, contractor for a quote, etc. She even gave us tips on what we should look for in a broker, should we decide to purchase another home later on. My husband and I are very happy to have worked with Charmaine & Andrea for the purchase of our home. I highly recommend Charmaine and her team for anyone who is looking to buy a home and wants less stress and hassle during the process.

I truly dont know where to start. From the beginning of just running the idea by Andrea and her team of selling my home to the end of achieving the goal of selling my home it was all a seamless process. Andrea and her team started by giving me a date by date timeline of the process of listing my room. With a busy life style this gave me a good idea of how to navigate around it. If youve had your house on the market before you know the stress it can be with preparing it and coordinating, Andrea and her team made it such a smooth process. The way they capture my home for the listing and staged it for the open house really showcased how it anyone could turn it into their own home. Being a young single girl, Andrea and her team were very knowledgeable about the process and an email away for any concerns or questions I had along the way. When it came down to accepting offers on the house, Andrea and I got together where she gave me her professional and honest opinion when making my decision. Safe to say, I was beyond happy with the outcome of the sale. If youre looking to sell your home, at any age or any stage if your life I would recommend Andrea and her team 100 times over.
