If I give a zero rating I would. I lost one deal because they couldn't get the appraisal to the bank in time even after telling them it would only take a day. We waited for a week and still nothing
We have another deal pending and for some reason the bank chose these clowns again. Again they said would only take a day but here we are a week later an still no appraisal. Bank and mortgage agent called them numerous times and left several messages and no call backs. I've also tried calling and no answers or call backs. Not sure how they stay in business. Next step is to file a complaint with bbb, if they are registered with them
