Does anyone else have waste/liquid that "pours out" when the truck pulls up to lift your bin? The liquid leaves a wet mess on the road as it prepares to stop at bin for pickup, then pours out when stopped, and the smelly trail continues as he pulls away. Makes it difficult to walk or bike ride as this is disgusting on your shoes. It's on both sides of road. The liquid actually stains the road, every week,,,the stain doesn't wash away in rain. The liquid drains from roadway Into driveways. I have pictures to prove it. I will be chasing this smelly mess alot farther than this review.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the Devon - who is our driver that picks us from us twice a week. He always comes with a smile on his face, and I know that his job is challenging in many ways.

We are a commercial use user of Emterra, and I just wanted to say what an asset Todd is to the team of Emterra. He provides excellent customer service, is quick to respond, and addresses any concerns we may have. We are very happy with our services.

Terrible Put styrofoam loosely in my trash and it was tagged for being contaminated. There was no construction materials, paint flour Fluorescent bulbs or scrap metal. I hope you Emterra gets bought out
