I asked for a plain croissant toasted. The cashier said Tim Hortons don't toast croissants. I asked her to grill it instead. She said Tim Hortons don't grill croissants either... However, I always get my croissants either toasted or grilled in other Tim Hortons. She was clearly unaware of Tim Hortons products and services. I don't want to sound racist but based on my experience, most of the time stuff like this happens with people from India. And yes, she was Indian. You rarely find an Indian person who does their job efficiently. Most of time they are very unprofessional.

Ordered four cheese bagel and spread on that, received this burnt and no spread at all. Disgusting and ridiculous
