Stopped for a drink on the patio and stayed for dinner (and to avoid a downpour). Serge was very attentive and passionate about the food and his city. He recommended the mezze platter and we also chose the dip trio. Both dishes were great and more than enough for our dinner. Everyone was working hard to make all the guests comfortable when the rain started and to accommodate them all inside when it deludged. Loved the atmosphere as much as the food and service, will return anytime we're in Winnipeg.

The restaurant aesthetic is lovely, the staff amazing, the food is great but wow it's too warm. Sitting inside is actually unbearable I'm not sure why it's so hot in there, any season of the year it's disgustingly hot inside. You have to chug water or faint from heat. Eating becomes too difficult becauae of the heat so prepare to take everything as left overs because you'll feel sick trying to eat in such a hot sweaty room. There's no light breeze coming through or anything it's stale hot humid air it's actually horrible. I want to love this place but I can't go inside without feeling sick. I don't understand how the staff can work in there all day it feels unethical to even just expect guest to withstand the heat. Sit near or far from the kitchen it makes no difference to how warm it is. To think middle of July it felt nicer outside than inside there is sad but true. They need to fix this issue because people pass out.
