        Fil was prompt to respond and answered all my questions upon reaching out. We booked Little Eggplant for catering for a memorial service dinner. The food was delicious! The large portions were definitely LARGE, we had so much left over. The dinner fed 30 people, plus every family took leftovers home and then some. Food was tasty, would definitely recommend it, and it was good value as well. Thank you Fil and The Little Eggplant team.

        The Little Eggplant came up first in my search for a food truck for a small party. After reading reviews, booked him immediately. Phil set up in our driveway, all loved his delicious paninis (each made fresh), selection of ice creams, service. Recommend!

        Ordered catering for 30 people and it was delicious! Everything was fresh, hot, and on time. They were able to accommodate vegan options into some of their dishes for my order. All my guests loved the food, especially the stuffed mushrooms. Italian meatballs, baked olives, and chicken cutlets. Very responsive to emails as well.

        The panini of my dreams! I was happy to see the little eggplant at the fringe festival as I follow them on Instagram. I had a vegetarian panini with fresh pressed dough and it was delicious. The ingredients went well together and the fresh pressed dough was chefs kiss. I will definitely be back and recommend. Fast and friendly service. Thank you.
