        I can't tell you about any of the above. We were sat and the hostess said 'someone' 'should' be right with you. Several minutes later, with our menus folded, ready to order, a server walked by, without stopping and said she would be right with us...she then proceeded to another table and we went ignored. She walked away from this table and went towards the kitchen. We got up and left.
