Brightwater provides exceptional care! The facility is very clean and well maintained. I consistently have a positive experience from the moment I enter, to the moment I exit the building. My family member thrives in this environment and has made a lot of connections with both staff and other residents. Highly recommend!

As a former employee, Brightwater was a wonderful, safe, clean and caring working environment. Staff would go the extra mile to ensure the comfort, health, and safety of the residents. I would recommend Brightwater.

This place is literally the worst place ever. Anyone who leaves their loved ones here is asking for them to be neglected and ripped off. The managers dont care about their employees and disrespect them on a daily basis and speak to them like theyre children. Dont bother replying back for me to contact you because i have multiple times and have been ignored. As soon as all of the shady managers are gone, brightwater will be a much better place! Stop trying to hide what a terrible establishment you are
