Some of the front staff are rude. Communication with the manager is subpar. Doesnt reply to emails.

When we first went to visit before moving in we were impressed by the facility despite the fact they were in the midst of several repairs because of a water leak and a need for a refresh. We moved in and lived there for almost five years and those repairs and refresh were never completed. The Manager was trying to do a lot of things herself (or as cheaply as possible) as a way to save money and was rarely able to keep up with the demand. There were no activities except bingo (a manager favourite) and they were rarely able to accommodate driving to appointments which was included in our fees. The food was satisfactory but not a lot of variety. If you are looking for a vibrant place with a variety of activities, good food and staff that encourage residents to participate and feel part of a community, this is not the facility for you.
