We signed a contract with Advanced in June 2022 to replace our roof. We were told at that time that they will start work at the beginning of August, it is now end of October 2022! We keep calling and just get keep getting full voicemail inboxes. We are not sure if they have taken our money and ran or if they plan to complete our roof in the snow! Please be careful, if you are thinking of using this company. Update: After lots of phone calls and messages, Advanced finally came out on Oct. 31st. They did 3/4 of the job, left lots of nails on our lawn, damaged ours evestroughs and disappeared for half a week. It started to snow and they showed up to finish the job because we had bare plywood in some places. Due to the snow and cold, they rushed the remaining job by shingling over some existing shingles, didn't bother to cut shingles straight, forgot to install roof vents, and didn't clean up after themselves because snow. See photos below. As of May 2023 we are still waiting on a resolution. Overall: The quality of the job was a 4/5 until the end where they rushed and it became a 3/5. Cleanup from the crew was a 3/5. Communication from company was a 1/5. The frustration and stress from dealing with the company was unbelievable. I never leave Google Reviews but this is one company that needed one. Had william from advanced level roofing show up unannounced last year to provide a quote even though I have a no soliciting sign up. Told him I would consider him if we do our roof in the next few years. This year has come he has called, texted with no response from me. So he decided to show up unannounced again while I had my family over for easter dinner. Would never consider doing business with this company ever!!!
