Dr. Roofs team accidentally showed up at my house thinking it was the correct home who needed a new roof when it was my neighbors 4 houses down. They helped themselves up on my property, ripped apart a section of my roof, left a mess with old shingles, and nails on my roof and around my lawn that blew into my neighbors yard. The owner Paul was so kind when I first notified him- offered to redo my roof or give me an extremely good price on a new roof as I would hate to experience any water damage down the line with his contractors mistake. When I called him back a few weeks later saying I'll take him up on his kind offer, he switched. He said it's not his fault as his "contractor" who is "independently" employed isn't his responsibility. I'm no lawyer but this is a joke. I'm a young female and I do totally feel taken advantage of, Paul even accused me of trying to get a new roof out of him when he offered this in the first place. Awful customer service, when I didn't want my property messed around with in the first place. I was told to "check my attitude" by Paul many times. He said he checked the roof with binoculars and "all looked good!". All I want is the job well done, I'm now having to pay out of pocket for getting my roof replaced as I don't trust the contractors ability to partially repair a roof since he couldn't even get the right house. In other words- RUN.

Paul himself is a respectable man, level headed. Worked for one of doctor roofs sub contractors i was not employed under doctor roof, It was a horrible experience, i believe Paul and his men would do a good job on your roof/home but one crew is very unorganized and inexperienced and the supervisor is verbally abusive as and under pays the employees so they work what they are worth. I hope the company fixes the staffing problem as it really could make a bad name for the company. I could go i to detail but from a few former reviews i see from others id say i don't have too. Dr Roof is one of the best companies in winnipeg for quality, they also treat these staff amazingly well,
