Do not buy from these guys. I felt like I was interrupting his day to begin with, apparently it was the manager with the cranky pompous attitude I found out later. Price was good on shingles but nowhere did he say or does it say on the invoice they weren't returnable. I phoned to make sure I could return the two bundles I didn't use and was told again, yes. I drove down and was told by the manager that he's not taking them back because they are discontinued. He didn't tell me that. Nor did he tell me non refundable. I argued it didn't say on the receipt and he said you're right I'm not taking them back in fact I don't have to return anything. I exchanged a few words and he now got up and confrontational/intimidating like walked over to me pointed at the door and said "out have a nice day". Just lost a customer and I told him so. He continued "that's okay not worried about you and you're three followers". Wow this guy doesn't know me, what if I owned four businesses? How did he get a job in customer service or management? I'll make sure that 1 friend tells 2 friends, 2 friends tell 4, ect. Sorry Roofmart but this is how companies get eaten up by the big brand name stores.
