Friday evening priority is skip the dishes ive been watching here and 2 different skip people came in and got served before me while im just standing here. Just poor customer service

I am working near this location. I use to order from here everytime. The male staff is good though but a female is working there who use to provide the worst service. I ordered sub today and it wasnt packed and prepared properly. It was a pick-up and I saw that lady who wasnt even interested in serving the customers. Overall, the male staff is great and always friendly.

I am allergic to onions and peppers. Have never had an issue with any of their sauce or subs before. Apparently calling to state they messed up my sub and there's onions in it warranted the guy in the background getting mad. I was told "sorry if we did" no offer to reimburse or replace. In short... Screw this location. Also I included a picture with the allergen in question. Hope he sees it :)
