        I wanted to register my kid for 2023/24 academic year in grade 1. The office already knows that there is no space, but the secretary didn't utter a word until I pay the nonrefundable $30 bucks. Then she told me that the class is full and my kid has almost no chance to join. Since they knew there is no space, why do they keep collecting the nonrefundable application fee from the community? If you already have 5 to 10 reserves. I think you should stop there. This is not acceptable.
