Fergies Fish 'n Chips

Warning - this location of Fergie's does NOT compare with The Forks or Polo Park locations. Have enjoyed the other locations but this one in St Vital Mall is damaging the reputation of Fergie's. The cod was overcooked and rubbery and I think it had been twice fried. The fries were anaemic and undercooked. I think the cooks have not been trained properly - or you need to change the staff otherwise you will end up having to close. Looks like lots of others have had the same experience. I will not be returning.

Terrible customer service, Ordered a regular pickerel dish, they gave me halibut instead of pickerel which is more expensive but im not mistaken they gave me halibut instead of my original order of pickerel, made time to come back with the receipt and they told me No they would not replace my order with what i had actually ordered and that if thats all that i could leave, do not support fergies fish and chips, as this is exactly what to expect when it comes down to customer service, i would rate it 0 stars if i could.

They don't even deserve 1 star coustomer service very bed they talk with you little kids with F word food was very gross and very rotten smell they don't sell fresh food Warning don't go their our whole family is sick after eating their food

Very very bed customer service very rude staff specifically 2 east Indian boys Food was very smelly Don't go there if you don't want to get food poison
