I contacted several alarm companies, and Rick was the only person who called me back. After talking with him and waiting several days for other quotes, still no one else replied. I called Rick back, he remembered who I was, and we set up an appointment to get my alarm system hooked up to the internet, since we have no landline. He and Brad showed up exactly when he said they would, and they could not have been more professional and friendly throughout the whole installation. Their monitoring rates are exceptionally reasonable, and the best part was that they covered all the little details without us even asking. Brad set up a delay for our back door so that it won't immediately go off if we open it, and they even fixed the clock on the keypad display! It's those little touches and attention to detail that show that these guys really care about their work, and I couldn't be happier to support a local, family-owned business. Will be recommending Winnipeg Alarm Co to anyone and everyone.

We were very impressed with Winnipeg Alarm. They inspected and diagnosed our old non functioning protelec system, made the necessary upgrades, and only fixed what was needed. We appreciate Rick and Brian, a most excellent father son team. I recommend them!! Very knowledgeable.

I am so happy I'm with this alarm company. My sump pump failed during the night. The alarm sensor detected the rising water in the basement and I was able to get a plumber to replace the sump pump right away.
