        The alarm system itself is annoying. Constant chirping and batteries dying fast. Calling to get assistance is just as irritating. Youll be transferred to MANY people and no one can help you. I was passed through nine people before getting someones voicemail. And still no call back. Choose a different alarm company.

        API has been grate so far. Although they had some app issues, it all got resolved at the end. All staff that I have dealt with was respectful and took their time to resolve any questions we had. Installation crew was great, clean and mindful of our space. We have been with API for 7 years.
