I was calling for information and the receptionist was very rude( right from the get go) about me being confused on the size of storage I would need. I politely told her I wasnt sure thinking she was going to give me options so I could go off of that, but she Rudley said is it for like a 1 bedroom apartment or a 4 bedroom house that information helped me immensely cause then it clicked, but she got so impatient so quickly, that it totally threw me off. Then she said there was no starage that she had available and left me not knowing if I should hang up first or if she was.

Had two insurance claims in 5 months on our motorhome. First one the guy parked next to us hit our vehicle and we didn't know about it till we went to check on our motorhome. Second one someone tried to break into it and wrecked the door and again we did not know about it till we happened to go over there. Raised the rates recently and still no real security or accountability.
