We've used Expert twice now - once a few years ago for a drain issue outside our home, and today inside our home. Dennis came to assist us outside of his usual hours because we had an urgent situation, and was so prompt, and very quickly fixed what another plumber could not. Our plumbing/drains are now running like they're brand new. Pricing is very reasonable, and the professionalism, kindness and exceptional work will keep us going back to Expert. Highly recommend! I have been with Bill's customer after I brought a home in 2017 and was having so much sewer back up that I was eventually referred to him by the City of Winnipeg. He has consistently been ensuring that I do not experience the same thing again. He knows the River Heights/Grant Park Area and ensures that the work is done completely. Likewise, he keeps notes on the houses and the streets he services, so he will know the history of your home on his next visit. Great guys, lovely to talk to and answers questions succinctly and kindly. He is also closely follows covid-19 public health orders and ensures he keeps his customers safe.
