I came in today around 6 pm to pick up a package and I was half frozen from walking in the snow. I was shivering hard and the two nice workers first thought was to offer me tea and a chair to help me warm back up. I was able to sip the tea and warm up enough to grab my package and hop on the next bus home. Kudos to the pair that helped!

Best UPS experience will only use this location from now on!!!! I had the pleasure of dealing with the owner, Prosper, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was trying to have an email attachment printed out but it was not cooperating with me. It took probably 30 minutes but he didnt just send me on my way I was ready to give up but he was determined that it would work. He had patience and took the time to figure out the problem end result I got my printout!!! Thank you so much, Prosper!

Prosper the owner was EXTREMELY helpful! My husband and I needed to get our tires shipped out of province ASAP & he got us the best rate! Our tires arrived on time and in perfect condition! This store was our savior!
