Dynamex

The worst shipping company ever. Amazon is making huge mistake by contracting Dynamex. Issues, delays and missing packages its all about my experience with this company.

What is the name of the worst delivery company in the history of the world? Dynamex. Second time I have had a parcel they have lied about attempting to deliver, and they simply don't. Today's excuse was "attempt made but business closed"...well a) delivery location was my home, not a business and b) I have been home all evening. I tried calling customer service and what a farce that is, too! First time the line just went silent forever and I never spoke with anyone. Second attempt, lady muted me when she was "looking into it" and never returned to the call. Third time, the man on the phone was short, rude and kept cutting me off and said it isn't supposed to be delivered today. I would give this company negative stars, or no stars at all in this review if I could. Unless you want to deal with rude liars, horrible customer service and missing parcels, I'd suggest going with any other company on the planet.

This carrier is terrible! I would also give them a 0 review. Amazon uses them for some of their deliveries and every time something is delivered through them it is either late or lost. I hope Amazon drops them as a carrier so others don't go through the same issues.

Terrible - if your Amazon order says your package is being delivered by Dynamex, it will never show up. I wonder what is Dynamex doing with all those undelivered packages.
