Purolator

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I am in my apartment waiting for their arrival, and 2 shipments were bounced back on 2 separate occasions because "I was inaccessible". I literally never received a call, a text or an email and the bell never rang. I was given a timeline of 8 am till 9 pm. Am I supposed to stand in the street for 24hours waiting for them to show up otherwise they will just not bother to give me the items I paid for? Unacceptable. I wish there was more to do to report this poor service and inconvenience as I have no truck to go pick up the items I purchased and now I have to figure out a way to drive halfway through the city to grab the items. Horrible!

Constant horrible experience with Purolator. Tracking says delivery attempted, receiver not available, however I was home all day on first and second delivery attempts (with cameras on Property, so can confirm they didnt even try). This is an ongoing issue anytime I have a delivery with Purolator. I dont know what to do to make it stop..

I firmly believe that they arent even trying to deliver my packages anymore. Ive been home for 3 days straight, practically SITTING by the door. Constantly very actively checking the tracking information. Have not received a single knock on the door or any sort of phone call to alert me to any sort of human person outside. But suddenly 6 minutes later Im unavailable to receive the package.
