        I came here yesterday to buy bag. I have never experience this kind of worst customer service in my life. The guy muhammed was too rude and arrogant. I don't know why. I think he don't want customers to visit the store again.

        Went to pick up an online order and the guy on the front mistakenly got the wrong order and wrong name. Me and my Mom already told him that its not my Moms name and order. We were trying to show him the copy of the email for the order number and correct name but he wasnt paying attention. Instead of listening and paying attention properly to me, he was busy talking to two other customers who are the same nationality as him. Then the guy staff was insisting to give me the box of shoes which I already said not my order because I ordered a backpack. I had to tell him that Youre not listening. No sorry or apologies or whatsoever but this time he went to the back again to get my backpack. I told his female coworker about it and she just ignored me as well. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE.
