We purchased an off grid Cabin that required immediate upgrades to the existing solar system. I had little to no knowledge regarding off grid solar systems. On a recommendation from a friend I went to Rays Solar location in Winnipeg. I met with Morgan who was professional and knowledgeable. Morgan had the ability to explain what I required and what it it would take for me to install a system that would best work for my situation. Over the next couple of weeks Morgan and Ashley answered all my questions and compiled the components for my system. After I purchased the system and began the install, Morgan helped me time and time again answering questions, drawing diagrams that as a layman I could follow and understand. I recommend Rays Solar Winnipeg. The quality of the product and staff in my opinion are excellent.

We had a problem with our solar batteries. We forgot to disconnect them for the winter, so they drained all winter-long and died by springtime, when we could get to the cottage. Ashley (Wpg) helped us out in a big way - she spent a lot of time to re-energize those batteries and now they hold a charge! Saved us a pile of money by doing so. Thanks Ashley!
