Went during the week hoping for less people. Nope - the place was packed. Hence the minus 1 star. And the robes definitely saw better days years ago. But.. the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious!! The portions sizes were good. Kudos to the chef! It was amazing. Friendly servers. Overall good experience.

I am writing this review while currently being on hold with Thermea for over 50 minutes. Who knows how much longer I will have to wait to simply change my reservation time for this upcoming weekend. If Thermea wasn't part of my friend's bachelorette itinerary, I would NOT be supporting this business. Terrible customer service.

My wife and I received a couple gift certificates for Thermea experience for our wedding and went to experience it. It was a great experience. We're definitely coming back for more

I love the thermal experience at Thermea, however the facial treatment I received was extremely disappointing for a few reasons: 1. My aesthetician was listening to a podcast through AirPods (that was loud enough I could make out the words) for the first half of the treatment until I worked up the courage to say something (after which she turned it off and blamed it on the next room) 2. When I logged the complaint at the front desk they were very understanding, and said they would reach out to me and never did. 3. I logged the complaint online a couple of weeks later, was given a generic response that they would review things with their team and, again, never heard back. Im extremely disappointed and surprised with the fact that I had a very opposite of relaxing treatment that I paid $150 for and never received any sort of compensation for it. I would have been happy if they handled the complaint well, but because they dont seem to care I unfortunately wont be returning.

I've been going to Thermea for years and when I first went, I would come out feeling so relaxed and recharged. Unfortunately, the last couple of years, this has not been the case. It's over crowded, especially since there's really no true silence at this spa. A spa is supposed to make you feel calm and relaxed and I come out feeling irratated. There should be a better policy then just the ring of a bell around the hot tubs to quiet people. Some people are coming here to relax and enjoy a spa feeling but it doesn't feel like that anymore here and quite frankly has me just not wanting to come here anymore. I spoke with someone there and they just unfortunately don't want to problem solve on this issue. It ruins it for a lot of people and my husband and I have had to tell many people to be quiet in silence rooms, throughout the way experience. Won't be back for a long while. Hoping Thermea hears people on this and makes some improvements. I have solutions if management is open. Thermea please do better because this could be such an incredible space. **Thermea has responded that it was due to it being a Saturday. This is not just a Saturday problem.. I've come all different times over the years. This is an enforcement problem. This is also a capacity issue. There are many similar reviews as to mine. Thermea needs to take accountability and start listening to thier customers. Plus, I might add that the spa should feel like a spa no matter what time you are attending.
