Walked in based on a previous review. Asked where I could find soccer cleats, easily directed to the soccer section. Pick one off the wall I liked, and buddy brought back an extra a 1/2 size up. Good call. The size 8 was too tight. 8 1/2 done n done. Fast, good service, and a reasonable price.

Staff was great very helpful and friendly. Even chased after my toddler while I took a look around. Great clearance deals.

Retailers are free to set their return policies as they see fit. No one size fits all. I accept that however, most stores offer refund, return & exchange or gift card policies because they want customers to return and spend their money. Keeping customers happy to know they can return a product hassle free is a big deal for consumers. Even Value Village will offer exchange as long as it's same day! As noted previously, this company doesn't care about keeping the customer happy enough to return and spend more money. Logical common sense? Wow! The owner is a real gem! He removed my negative post. Rather than deal with the issue, he has contempt for us all. He knows people have short memories. Out of sight, out of mind he says! Don't worry, I'll keep reminding them Gerald. Based on past posts I'd say you've rarely if ever followed through on your word? You remind me of Harold Ballard. He wouldn't spend a dime to improve his beloved Maple Leafs. The owners response to my post is eerily similar to most of the 1 star posts I've read. They're glib (insincere lack of concern) and borderline patronizing. This company likely makes plenty of money. They don't have to concern themselves with the small percent of complaints. They essentially pay lip service, and I quote "could you give us more info in order to correct the problem" Well I responded by stating, the problem is the company is unwilling to offer credit for late returns. NOW ALL I HEAR ARE CRICKETS . . . NO RESOLUTION OR OLIVE BRANCH OF ANY KIND. Case closed! Well played sir! Generally speaking, I've had good experiences at Royal Sports over the years and I mean many years. My last visit however left me bewildered and extremely disappointed. I was returning product with receipt that happened to be over their allotted 14 day refund policy. No problem right? Happy to take a credit. Sorry no credit they say . . . NO CREDIT??? I honestly thought they were kidding. When I asked why all they could say was, "Sorry it's our policy, no credit" without explanation. My plan that day was to put the credit toward a purchase that would have easily been 4 to 8x more expensive. Royal Sports has decided a one off purchase with extreme limitations is more important than potential future business from the same consumer. It was a $30 product! Suffice it to say I will not spend another dime to support this local company and frankly that's a shame! BTY, I was so shocked and emotionally charged that I spewed an expletive at the employee before leaving which was uncalled for. For that I apologize. BUYER BEWARE!!!
