worst restaurant experience in my life.. i dislike leaving negative reviews, but no one should patronize this restaurant. We booked well in advance for a larger table and tried to be as accommodating as possible, but... 45 minutes in-between drinks. 1.5 hours for appetizers, another 1 hr for entrees. Who wants to have a 3.5 hr dinner? most of our table guests weren't asked what they wanted. We had to flag the waitress & waiters down well over 10 times. First drink, local beer 1919. Flat and rancid tasting, everyone had the same reaction. Beers were sent back 99% full, and they later tried to charge us for them. Coincidentally, one of our party arrived late, ordered a 1919 unknowingly, and was told they ran out (bottom of the barrel junk they dumped on us). I ordered a Cognac and was served Whiskey, manager argued with me telling me I must not know about liqour, sigh. "Manager" frantically pacing back and forth in & out of the dining room looking confused for over 1 hr. Not a single time did he come to check on our party of 15 when things were consistently wrong the whole night. On top of all of this, there were only 7-8 other diners in the restaurant... 3-4 of our party were so disappointed, they were able to go "next door" (same building) and get 3 rounds of drinks before we saw a waiter/waitress for 30 minutes. They later paid & left to eat at next door McDonalds.... EMBARASSING. After the horror show, it came time to pay. Everyone's bills were incorrect. Many peoples bills were lumped together and overcharged. Not a single discount/consideration for the worst service of our lives we just recieved, they only saw the $1000+ they were about to make from us. I wouldn't recommend this joke of an establishment to my worst enemies' worst enemy. Please do not waste your time with this one. Parking: plenty of parking when your establishment is this poor quality.

Made a reservation for 6 pm, must be at a table with 4 chairs due to mobility issues. They had trouble at first finding the reservation then went to seat us at a both, they had to go find a table which was at the front of the restaurant by entrance all secluded away from everything. Took more than 30 minutes for waitress to come back take out beverage order, brought them and then took our food order then disappeared. No refills no contact for another 45 minutes. I was getting ready to get up when our food arrived, everything all at once, no salad first, then main, so barely any room to try and enjoy. Ordered on the stone as they put it where steak is seared and the put on hot stone and you slowly cut and cook as you like it. Problem with that was had a salad to eat, first and the steak slowly cooked more than I liked even though flipped it and took it off the stone. Overall I would not make a special trip to go back, I would most definitely be firm in my order of food arrival so that my food is how I want it. Thus is the kind of place everybody should try to get their own feel for it.
