        This is a low quality employer. They're exploitive, with low wages, no benefits, awful management, no organization, no respect for employees, people working there for 20 years still making minimum wage, They still give cheques instead of direct deposit because its still 1980. Machinery is in poor condition, under maintained, and some even missing key safety features like emergency stops and guarding. How to fix: New ownership, not from within the same family. Pay your staff properly. Yearly increases, even if just to match cost of living. Get some benefits for them. Fix your garbage equipment. Fire/train all management. Hire someone who can actually run a shop competently. RESPECT YOUR EMPLOYEES.
