Finding a glass for myself is an exhausting and daunting process. Let me tell you some details for you to visualize- My big head (Big brain I meant) have a equally matching face and the thing is no glass was that wide enough to cover my eyes one end to other. so hence begins the process to find a glass for myself. The staff helped me a lot (It was off the charts), different style upon different styles, color combinations and some other technical jargons they used which I am not aware of to try on me. Variety of glasses- They have good collection of glasses from amazing brands which I wish could buy from them. I like the store and the attitude staff has here. Gist of review- If you need glasses, this store is must visit. (Be ready to burn some bucks) if you'r lucky you could get urself a deal too.

Buying a car was easy as compare to getting sunglasses. I bought 2 pairs in a deal and the main pair of sunglass never showed up after a week. I contacted call centre and they said they cannot fulfill and will re-ship. 2 weeks later I did not receive anything and finally called them back and they said we will give you cheque since your item is out of stock. I was like okay. But, cheque sounded vague so I went to sunglass hut location where I paid earlier and they said they will need to check and cannot refund on card. Next day, manager Charisma (also who rated this place a 5 if you scroll down) called us and said she can process the refund on card. We went to the location and we were refunded for the lesser amount. They said because the item was out of stock we would need to pay the full price for the other item, which is absolutely insane because we would have never bought that individually and especially paying the pull price. I asked manager that why is that and then we said no I don't have the authorization. Like, you cannot honour it just as a courtesy when you know that customer came like 3 times already and had a bad experience? I'd not recommend this location to anyone. If you are there to get a refund, they will get rid of you but if you are going to buy, they will pretend to be super-friendly. Thanks.
