Extremely slow, waiter brought food and disappeared, food was average at best, wassabe dried out like it had been sitting out all day. Waited 20 mins for desert ice cream... Finally gave up, asked a waitress to get my waiter to bring the cheque, paid the cheque and left. Will not return

The restaurant ambience is really nice! The food that we ordered donkotsu ramen (4/5), takoyaki (4/5), sake donbori(4/5), yakisoba seafood(4/5), dynamite roll (4/5)are all good! Except for the Spicy miso ramen (1/5) which is too salty and not spicy at all! I gave the feedback to the server but received a comment that a spicy miso ramen is salty and not spicy at all!!! What kind of customer service is that! I been eating this dish in other Japanese restaurant and it's the first time that I had this kind of taste... hopefully they will make improvement instead of making all these excuses.
