        Why do I have to wait everytime that I come for drive thru? Mind you that this is during non-busy hours. I would understand if it was busy but if Im the only car and I ordered 3 items I expect my food at the window. This has happened at least 4 times now. They also mess up your food. Im finally going to stop coming here.

        Disappointing experience, we won't be back to this location. We waited 30 minutes for our order, most of the items were cold. There was no apology for the amount of time our order took. We checked the bag before leaving and were missing one taco. Instead of apologizing the staff argued with me, saying they had given me the correct amount until they gave me the missing taco. Very poor customer service.

        Old, cold, dry, soggy, and stale. Spent $30 in the drive thru and received a stale Gordita crunch, cold fries, dry fried chicken, and a soggy bun with the Big Crunch. At first I thought, wow, fastest the drive thru has ever been. Now I know at what cost. Would not recommend.
