The older lady who put in my nose jewellery for me was super kind and explained everything I needed to know about aftercare. The assistant or receptionist however, the younger girl with long brown hair was so so disrespectful. I walked in asking her a question and she rolled her eyes at me. I asked her a question when in the waiting room and she outright ignored me. It was absolutely humiliating. I would recommend coming here a day she isnt working, because these people genuinely have the kindest woman working with some stunning jewellery. The assistant absolutely turned me away however. Would not come back, but good if youre looking for something quick. Service: Industrial piercings

This is the 2nd time I've come in to get my nostril redone because it wasn't even with the otherside and they made it even more uneven then the first time I got it redone. I'm really disappointed.

I initially first called to get some questions answered regarding a daith piercing as I was developing migraines and I was basically at my last straw. Pain (I believe?) answered the phone and was the one to pierce me too! they answered the absolute insane amount of questions I had, giving clear and comforting responses. when I went in to get the piercing, there was communication the whole way through and again answered my berage of questions, and they provide an amazing service of allowing you to followup with them to downsize once your new piercing heals. 100% will be getting the other side done just as a preemptive measure. I cannot describe how amazing the piercing has been for allowing me to function in life without raging head pain. thank you - and I will be back. Service: Daith piercing

Ive been coming to south of heaven for the past 3 years, and they definitely made a loyal customer out of me. The service is exceptional all staff members are extremely professional and friendly. Ive gotten many piercings done by terry and some tattoos from Sean and Red. Red worked with me to create a memorial piece for my grandfather and when I was unsure of the look of it the artist made sure my opinion was what counted and that I was happy with what I want. He did a great job on my 4th piece and Ill be coming back for more for sure!!! They really work well with what the client wants and the artists are very talented and create beautiful work.
