        I would have given this place A ZERO if I could but I dont have that option. Due to the complete lack of advice that we PAID for, our family taxes resulted in a re-assessment and large overpayment. Upon calling Liberty Tax to discuss, they proceeded to tell us that we signed off on it so its our fault and they will not do anything about it. Not even willing to offer any assistance or relief for THEIR ERROR! If you want problems with CRA, then this is your place! And on top of the bad advice, the lady we were dealing with had a horrible attitude and offered a "too bad, so sad" response. Never going back to Liberty Tax ever!!
