        We had no problems for years going to them.The lovely lady who does our income tax is very professional and private about our taxes and we appreciate her ..I truly would send anyone to her for taxesThank You

        The booking system allowed me to book an appointment. When I saw it was a holiday I tried to call but the answering machine said they would open at 10 am. The same time as the appointment. After traveling there in -20 they tell me it was a mistake and there are no appointments today and wouldn't even let me stand inside to warm up while they talked about it. Completely inhuman treatment.
