H&R Block

I had an appointment today with Zhe Sun @5. She wasn't available. The receptionist told me she didn't tell me bcoz she didn't have my phone n#. i told her she could've mailed me. She was like "mehhh"!! R U fckin Kidding me? What's the point of the appointment if I can't the work done. First and Last experience With H&R Block.. pay your receptionist enough to care or get the ones that actually care about their job. if "Mehhh" was the response I wanted, I wouldn't have taken an appointment!

Worst place you can ever take your taxes to. By far thee most expensive place and you get the shhittiest return Imaginable. Save your money and take your taxes else where

Never write reviews but this was terrible service. Made an appointment for my lunch hour because i don't have enough time to wait in lines. Was handed a form to fill out after being there for 30 minutes and when i asked if there was an estimate on wait time the gentlemen filing the taxes replied "Yes she will be up in a few minutes" in a raised/upset tone at the receptionist. I heard him tell another customer "clearly wherever its yellow" when the customer asked where to sign, Also treated the receptionist like that from what i saw. . i waited for another 15 minutes before realizing i would not be receiving service within the next hour and if i did, it would be from a disrespectful impatient man. I left and will file elsewhere but employees shouldn't treat customers like that. Have a little bit of customer service and manners.
