H&R Block

Left several voice-mail regarding taxes that h and r did not do properly. No one has called me back from goulet location, not once. I see the owner replied, does this mean someone will finally call me to answer my questions? As I am in the dark about my taxes that H and R did ?

I wanted someone to do my US taxes and was told that Debbie at this branch could do it. Had an appointment for her to call me a week after I initially called. Never got that call so I called them. Gave my contact info again but still no call... never did get a call so I went somewhere else. Based on the other reviews I'm reading here I'm glad I did!

Disorganized, chaotic, and lack of communication. Waited 2 hours just to "drop off" my tax forms, while clients cut other clients in line. I suggest getting a ticket counter so people know where they are in line to avoid this issue in the future.

DONT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING TO H & R BLOCK. DROPPED OFF MY TAXES OVER A MONTH AGO AND IT HASNT GOT DONE YET. TRIED CALLING MULTIPLE TIMES, LEFT SO MANY MESSAGES, EVEN EMAILED DEBBIE. STILL NO RESPONSE. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. IF THEY EVER SAY SOMEONE WILL GIVE YOU A CALL BACK, GOOD LUCK GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM.

Terrible experience. Waited almost 2 months for my returns to get and then they charged me 2.5x what they quoted me. And the girls at the front are trained to say I cant help you with that. So basically these guys operate like used car mechanics and hold your taxes forever then bill you whatever they want just before the tax deadline. My taxes were so easy to do and I provided them all the information neatly organized to just file the return. Absolute joke of an organization. Would give negative stars if I could.
