H&R Block

Made a appointment, was told I didn't have an appointment when the time came. To top it off they said they weren't very confident in what I was trying to do which I had explained ov the phone in the first place, was just trying to do my taxes from a couple years ago when I wasn't working.

One star is too much for this hr block location. They screwed up our last years return and left us dealing with cra on our own. They will not be responsible for the cra penalty as a result of their mistake. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The place is unprofessional to say the least.

Dont want to discourage anyone, but this hr block messed up my last years return, which made me pay additional amount to cra, when I asked them what they could do they simply offered a free return this year. Id rather do my return myself this year, honestly.

They held my 55 year old mother and sister and 2 family friends for 4 hours. My mother got her taxes done and was trying to cash a Large check. Cus she's a care giver for 2 special needs people, she got a big check this year and just cause it was a Large check they kept my family hostage for 4 hours on February 13, I hope my mother sue h&r block. And I talked to the 2 family friends and they said while they were leaving after being held by these people, staff members were laughing at them.
