Linden Lakes Dental Centre

I had the worst experience from this dental clinic. Staff at front desk was great though When I first called I explained thoroughly what my concerns were. The receptionist was very polite and accommodating! Once I arrived for my appointment and met the dentist in the room. The first question she asks is you see another dentist? She did not like the fact that I have a dentist I see! She refuse to do any work on my teeth. This place made me feel so unwelcome and SO uncomfortable, that I had to get myself out of there fast. Save yourself the trouble ppl and go somewhere where youre welcome! So many other dental clinics that are way accommodating and welcoming then this dentist was.

Everyone's experience is different, but definitely got treated less than subpar by one of the assistants while there, don't know if she was having a bad day, but that was utter garbage of an experience. Only person who deserves recognition was the receptionist, was genuine and friendly, cheers.

Our first visit, they emphasized how great our employer insurance was while recommending a surprisingly large treatment plan and specialist referrals. Meanwhile, they were vague about details -- not clarifying exactly which teeth until later asked in a follow-up email, nor clearly answering simple yes/no questions during the exam like "do you mean the tooth that already had a filling?" We got a second opinion. While another dentist did agree that some treatment was necessary, they recommended a smaller scope of work for one patient and were more than capable of treating another (no specialist referral necessary). Finally, comparing invoices, it seems that other dentists charge less for similar work. Altogether, this gave us bad vibes that they were trying to milk our insurance.
