Ok I have come to revise my review. I have had a very difficult time porting over my number and switching carriers to Telus and I was very frustrated the other day when I left with no resolution but all of the reps I dealt with, and at this point its almost the whole store, have been very helpful and understanding of the frustrations I am having. I specifically want to give a shout out to Brynnan and Aries for dealing with me on the worst days during all of this. Aries has specifically been my go to guy and has help me after hours and when he is not at work. I feel very confident after today that the Telus team is getting my issues resolved. Thanks all.

Staff needs to be aware of Telus return policy. I ordered a phone over the call and the store said they cant return it, and that I have to call them to get the return label and ship it myself. Whereas it clearly states on the return policy that it doesnt matter how I bought it, it can be returned at a store.

I wouldnt even give one star but it only lets me give one star. Unbelievable. Selling SIM cards for $20 when Telus website is selling them for $10, they wouldnt even price match with the Telus website. Other kiosks as-well are selling the sims for $10. Terrible customer service.
