They kept cancelling my preauthorized payments and then shut my service off every three months, when I go to pay it on the website I couldnt get in so I had to wait an hour to talk to someone so I could make payments and reset the pre authorized payments, wouldnt be worth it for good wifi and you can barely use a ps4 with it. Very unhappy and switching asap

For those who may not remember, Bell Canada was the company that claimed internet usage was like water usage, and tried to force Canadians to pay by the byte. This would have destroyed internet affordability. We as consumers fought it, and won. There is a reason Bell is one of Canadas most disliked companies!

We are in the process of switch to Bell internet from Shaw, and so far it's off to a bad start. We had originally made an appoint to have our new internet hooked up on Saturday morning, only for them to call us back an hour later and tell us our Saturday appointment wasn't actually avaible anymore, and it needed to be on Sunday instead. Okay, fair enough. Mistakes happen. So on Sunday my wife waits around all day for our technician and he never shows up. I called Bell MTS to find out why, and apparently the Technician said that he had left a note on our door because we didn't answer. My wife was by the door all day and it was open aside from the screen door. There was no note. They confirmed my address and it was correct. He just didn't show. My wife saw a Bell truck drive down our street three times in an hour, but it never stopped at our house. In conclusion, Shaw is way more expensive, but I've never had an issue with them. Bell is a third of the price, so we're giving them one more chance. Hopefully thisguy shows up on Thursday... Five days after our original appointment.
