Edit- After leaving my review last week someone replied asking me to email them so they could understand what happened, so I did.. and a week later and no reply to that email. Their reply to the review asking me to reach out indicated that they wanted to talk with me about what had happened and apologize at least or resolve it, however seems like they would just like to appear to care. After leaving Warman location I drove over to the regent location, asked them to retorque my tires, and someone was there in less than a minute, which is usually how my experiences have been. Stopped by to get my tires retorqued after having them changed. I was parked right in front of the glass doors, guy at the counter told me he'd send someone right out. I'm sitting in my car waiting and can see several guys behind the counter. After waiting a full 30 minutes I decided to leave. I've gotten my tires done here for years and and always go back after the 100km. It's never taken more than 5 minutes before I get there to when I'm leaving, but I've never been to this location before. If the wait time was going to be so long I wish they had told me so I didn't waste 30 minutes sitting in my car.

I fell victim to a nail in the tire on a Friday afternoon at 4pm and had a handful of bad experiences before I stopped in at Fountain Tire. One place told me they had no time until the next week. One said they would try and get me in the next day. One just said no and hung up. A few told me to call them back in a few hours and they would see then. Then I remembered there was a fountain tire close by and stopped in. They were polite, friendly, they even looked up and said hello when I walked in which they were the only one to do. They understood my plight and got me in right away. Let's just say I know where my first call will be when I need work done or need new tires. Definitely the best tire shop I've been to in Winnipeg.
