I will always buy makita products the guy named doug who does the repairs on the power tools he is amazing my makita mac2400 was leaking air it still leaks but not as bad and he retightened my unloader valve he told me it was loose and he had used my pst thread sealent i provided gave back to me he also to managed to get it done in 2 hours i waited 5 hours holds air better than it ever did i will bring my air compressor down for any repairs in the future doug is the best i suggest anyone who needs service for their makita go to doug knows his stuff i had suspected it was leaking air from them sure enough i was right still but leaks but now when i set it 131psi wont drop at all good job u guys won't loose me as a customer makita

Brought my Makita miter saw in for a new blade and commenced a "discussion" with the rep that the factory blade was not a Mikita blade. It's the original 8" blade sold attached to the saw in a sealed Makita box. I'm the original owner (65) and this young man starts instructing me that it's not Makita. Sorry I wasted my time driving to listen to a lecture on my 8" Makita miter saw by this "Expert" Walked 2 doors south to a woodshop retailer who took care of my request with a smile. Guess where I'm shopping for my tools next time.
