Contacted Sprinter Towing when my vans engine threw a rod, stranding me fifty kilometres outside the city, and my experience with them was as confusing as it was unprofessional. I first contacted Sprinter Towing at approximately 4:30pm, via text message. The dispatcher replied within minutes, informing me of the information they required. I promptly replied, providing the information requested. The dispatcher then asked if I could send them my pinned location on Google Maps, which I did. At this point, the dispatcher stopped responding, so I assumed that meant they would be dispatching a tow truck to our location as soon as they were able. I waited until 8pm, and with no sign of a tow truck, sent them another message, asking if I should be expecting a tow that night. No response. I then decided to take a nap in the back of my van, as I was tired. When I woke up around 10:30pm, I texted them again, and again received no response. With that, my girlfriend and I turned in for the night, realizing help was most likely not going to arrive. When we awakened in the morning, Sprinter Towing had still not responded, so we contacted another towing company, who were there within thirty minutes. Dont believe the endless self-promotion on their website, because the reality couldnt be more opposite. This company didnt care that me, my girlfriend and our dog were stranded on the side of the road for nearly 20 hours. They totally ghosted us, for no reason, and acted in a manner which couldnt have been more unprofessional. Id like to finish with a message directly to Sprinter Towing While I realize I did not actually receive your services, that was not due to any fault of my own. I made every possible effort to acquire your services, but for some reason, I was refused After your dispatcher made it seem as though help was on the way. Ive seen how you unprofessionally call-out negative reviews as being #fakereviewer, and other such schoolyard calibre nonsense. I assure everyone who reads this review that it is 100% factual, and while I cannot say this will be your experience with Sprinter Towing, I guarantee you that everything Ive stated was a perfect and completely honest reflection of mine. Patrick was so helpful and went the extra mile to fix my car, Instead of getting it towed and having to deal with it the next day. I am very grateful and thank you for the excellent service!!
