        The caretaker Bev is absolutely amazing. Bev knows how to get things done and is very much on top of everything within our townhouse unit and the complex overall. This is by far the best experience I have had with a caretaker or landlord! The complex is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. We are close to St. Mary's road but there isn't too much traffic noise because there are trees between us and the traffic. It is along the river which is beautiful. I cannot express how grateful I am for the hard work Bev and Fred put in every single day.
