Attended the EFA session yesterday with Rance and really enjoyed the training ! The teaching and then hands on format was great and helped to keep me engaged and definitely got the most out of it. Would definitely recommend.

The trainer I had was unprofessional and spent way too much time asking personal details from his participants and also sharing inappropriate jokes and his own stories which were irrelevant to the training. He took so long with nonsense topics that he actually had to give us all the answers to our test at end of day because of time he wasted talking about himself. Worst training Ive ever had and would not recommend him to any staff at my work. CPR is a serious training not a chance to stand in front of people to work on your comedy skits.
