        Never wait for us to come leave parcel at door..always bring it late even after it shows out for delivery..it comes next day ..bad service

        Just received my delivery. Was a bedframe in a big box. The delivery person didn't ring the door bell or knock to let us know it had been left. My yard is not fenced and it's very small. A few steps from the public sidewalk. Please do better. Someone could have walked away with my order.

        Expecting a package from Amazon. Coming through ASL. It was supposed to arrive yesterday. Amazon doesn't know where it is because it's not updating, and ASL is not answering their phone or hanging up on me. This is not the first time and it won't be the last, I'm sure. Every time I see ASL come up on my Amazon, I know it won't be arriving on time. I'm very confident that all of these 5 star reviews are friends of employees or being paid to do so. This company is awful.
